About the CEO
Marc Moran is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry since 2002. Marc currently specializes in commercial real estate sales/leasing and investments and has a proven record in Project Management through Client Owner representation. A lifelong resident of South Texas, he began his real estate career in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas-San Antonio with a BBA in Marketing and earned his Real Estate license in 2002. In 2004, Marc moved to South Texas and joined Coldwell Banker. Over the course of his career, he has represented numerous local, regional and national companies.
In addition, he has represented a wide variety of investment clients ranging from sales and purchases of smaller properties to larger multi-million dollar properties involving Commercial, Land, Multi-family, and other Investment related properties. Marc’s success comes from his extensive experience and knowledge in Real Estate and his ability to establish himself within the community and among his peers as a person with a strong commitment to high professional standards. A person who approaches his real estate business from a client-centric perspective, choosing to focus his efforts on building long-term relationships with his clients.
